  Every time you make a purchase at an FBO, fuel supplier, or ground services provider, AVCARD captures the detail of the individual items purchased including fuel, taxes, parking, ground services, aircraft maintenance, suppliers, landing fees, etc. Every month we provide you with a detailed analysis of the purchases made summarized by vendor, aircraft, and state. Included in these reports are the discounts earned along with the average price paid for fuel. This information can be used for a variety of purposes including future fuel discount negotiations, filing for tax refunds and budgeting. Discounts earned for the month and year-to-date can also be a useful tool in quantifying both the benefits of your negotiating skills and the AVCARD Contract Fuel Program.

The system gives you access to secure account information allowing authorized personnel only to make updates to virtually every facet of your company's information. • Billing Options
  AVCARD offers two options, electronic and paper, giving you the flexibility to select your data in a format that meets your needs. With the paper option, we offer our standard or customized billing format. The electronic option allows you the ability to receive the data in a standard ASCI or Excel spreadsheet file making analysis and routing of the document a matter of simple steps on your computer.
  
  We also offer you two choices of currency, U.S. dollars or Canadian dollars. As an added feature, images of all your tickets are included with every AVCARD Invoice.
